Record Viewers in a Week – Oban Drive, North Kelvinside
We secured a record number of 97 viewers in one week. Following the incredible interest, a closing date was set with 28 offers coming in, and a sale agreed at 20% over HR. Thereafter we were instructed by several other neighbours on the street and secured even higher figures due to the level of completion we had created.

Vanilla Square have sold the majority of properties on this sought after Terrace over the past few years. These include a one bedroom flat that secured 25% over HR valuation, a stunning 4 bed duplex for an international rugby player which sold for an incredible price to the very first viewer, and most recently a three bed duplex that failed to sell with two other major local Estate Agents, however VS managed to tie up a sale for a figure in excess of HR value.

Vanilla Square helped dress this property with Sienna Interiors to give it a great first impression. The owners went on holiday for two weeks leaving us to carry out all viewings. On their return we had secured an offer significantly over their expectations at closing date and purchaser moved in 6 weeks later. A seamless process and one that suited the owner with no stress at all and a perfect move-out date.
